Job Summary
Provide customer service via phone, email, and other channels; enter and update customer orders, quotes, and account information with high accuracy; use Sage BusinessWorks ERP to process orders, check inventory, generate invoices, and track shipments across multiple companies; provide product information, pricing, and order status updates to customers and internal staff; resolve customer issues including order discrepancies, billing questions, and shipment concerns; coordinate with warehouse, sales, and management teams to ensure accurate and on-time order fulfillment; maintain thorough and up-to-date customer records and documentation; work with the Controller to provide daily assistance and reporting as required; support additional administrative tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer service or inside sales support experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong, accurate data entry and typing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
- Ability to problem-solve and de-escalate customer issues professionally
