Job Summary
Customer Service Account Specialist responsible for answering inbound calls and emails, informing customers about prices and shipping dates, entering orders into Syspro ERP, expediting orders, providing delivery estimates, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Duties include entering and verifying orders, tracking shipments, communicating pricing or product issues, supporting cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Shop, Credit/Accounts Receivable), updating production with delays, handling Special Pricing Quotes, managing Custom Tool requests, and assisting with related tasks such as NAFTA certificates, Certificates of Compliance, and labeling for international shipments. Requires high school diploma with strong preference for Associate or Bachelor’s degrees, 3–5 years of relevant experience, excellent written and verbal communication, English/Spanish bilingual ability preferred, and 100% onsite work in Buellton, CA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate’s Degree strongly preferred and Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 - 5 years working in a fast-paced, diverse and customer-service environment, preferably in manufacturing industry
- Advanced customer service skills (in person, phone, email, chat)
- Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with SysPro ERP and CRM (Salesforce) preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
