Job Summary
Provide premier customer service as the primary liaison for Hubbell Power Systems customers, coordinating quotations, reviewing orders, and aligning technical and commercial requirements across Engineering, Marketing, Field Sales, and customers. Manage accounts to support timely delivery, resolve accounts receivable issues, coordinate quotes and bids with non-standard terms, and identify growth opportunities within the account base. Communicate effectively across phone, email, and in-person channels, and leverage systems like Salesforce/SAP to support customer needs and order processing. Travel may be required to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a professional environment (preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or similar systems (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software tools
- Bilingual skills (a plus)
