Job Summary

Maintain clear, professional communication with customers and colleagues via Teams, email, phone, and in-person visits; enter orders, return authorizations, and change notes into company systems; track and preserve records of orders, pricing, conversations, complaints, and actions; collaborate with product managers to keep pricing current; perform general office and administrative duties as needed. Proficiency in data entry, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach are essential to delivering seamless service and supporting overall account management.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in customer service, account management, or related field
