Job Summary
Customer Service Account Representative to promote brand loyalty and deliver courteous, professional support. Responsibilities include serving as primary contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, guiding customers through online purchasing options, analyzing purchasing patterns to recommend complementary products and identify opportunities to expand product use, maintaining accurate customer records in the ERP system, processing transactions (orders, returns, billing adjustments, account updates), resolving issues with clear action plans and timelines, collaborating with Purchasing, Engineering, Accounting, and Shipping to ensure seamless service delivery, providing ongoing customer education on MACH’s products and policies, and occasional travel to customer locations for relationship management and service support. Preferred experience in call centers or sales, familiarity with ERP and CRM tools, and knowledge of MACH’s product lines and industry practices.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience required.
