Job Summary
Process material orders from customers via telephone, internet, or email while informing clients of unit prices, shipping dates, and anticipated delays. Support operational flow within the plant by sustaining strategies and work standards, ensuring accurate data entry on up to $500k+ in orders daily. Manage customer relationships and prioritize time effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires a minimum of three years in customer service and two in data entry. Required Qualifications
- An energetic, motivated, and dependable worker who is dedicated to the job and team
- A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in an office setting
- A minimum of 2 years of data entry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Exceptional and clear written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize one's time effectively
- Must be an effective time manager with the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cutting-edge technology
- The ability to function as a mature, professional individual, who interacts positively with teammates
- Ability to function effectively in a team yet function independently with minimal direction

Desired Qualifications
