Job Summary
Customer Service Account Manager who serves as the communication link among customers, sales, and production, providing high level customer service through phone, email, or in-person contact; resolve routine and some non-routine issues; ensure accurate order entry and specifications; build sustainable relationships with customer accounts; travel locally/nationally/internationally as needed; requires proficiency in MS Office and strong communication and analytical skills; role supports Matthews Memorialization within Matthews International family.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred
- 3+ years of previous customer service experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required
- Strong MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships
- Autonomy and teamwork in fast-paced environment
