Job Summary
Manage customer accounts, oversee order development, and ensure successful project execution from concept through delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, maintaining professional communication, liaising regularly to clarify expectations, and following up on payments. Direct the full order lifecycle from initial request through production and shipment, entering items into the master database, preparing accurate orders, and analyzing forecasts to coordinate raw material ordering. Collaborate with production, estimating, and sales teams to resolve issues, negotiate resources, and delegate tasks to meet project goals. Identify and resolve delays impacting timelines, manage non-conformances, and develop contingency plans for scope changes. Define success criteria, compile feasibility requests and quotes, and deliver progress reports and presentations.

- Ability to occasionally bend, reach, or lift office supplies or files weighing up to twenty-five (25) pounds
- Ability to move safely between office and production areas, which may involve exposure to noise, temperature variations, or dust
- Ability to visually review documents, screens, and data for extended periods
- Ability to wear required PPE when entering production areas (e.g., safety glasses, hearing protection, high-visibility vests)
- Ability to comply with all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements, especially when entering production areas
- Ability to participate in required safety and compliance training relevant to office and production-adjacent work
- Ability to follow safe travel practices in operational areas, including staying within designated walkways and observing posted warnings
- Ability to immediately report observed unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or incidents in office or production areas
- Ability to maintain an ergonomic, organized, and hazard-free workspace to support safe and efficient operations
- Ability to secure confidential and sensitive documents in accordance with company policy
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of printing production processes, raw materials, and equipment is strongly preferred
- Understanding of customer service and order management best practices
