Job Summary
Customer Service Account Manager located in Beltsville, MD. Primary liaison between customers and cross-functional Eaton teams; end-to-end customer satisfaction; manage delivery schedules, quotes, orders, returns, and escalations. Responsible for monitoring delivery, expediting urgent needs, maintaining product knowledge, utilizing ERP/Web portals (MFGPRO, C360), and training teammates on portals. Supports order management, flow-down of changes, accuracy of data, and performance metrics such as on-time delivery and quality. Requires strong interpersonal skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Salary range: $79,000–$116,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in customer service or account management
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future
- This position requires access to export-controlled information. To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicable to that information, applicant must be a U.S. person (citizen/national, green card holder, refugee, or asylee)
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Beltsville, MD will be considered.
