Job Summary
Customer Service Account Coordinator performing data-entry tasks in the Data Entry Department at Rapid Response Monitoring. You will receive inbound inquiries from clients via phone, email, and fax, triage and field questions, input contract information in our database, implement client account transfers and verify changes, and ensure all client entries adhere to jurisdictional regulations. You will provide team members with proofreading, scanning, mailing, and other administrative support. This is a 100% in-office role based in Syracuse, NY with an evening shift. Start dates include July 6 or July 27, 2026. Strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and effective communication on the phone are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- Associate’s or equivalent military experience preferred
- Data Entry experience is preferred
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Good communication - written and verbal, particularly on the phone
