Job Summary
Customer Service Associate II assists with daily store operations from merchandising to supporting customers. Cross-trained to support cash register and front-end duties as needed, with responsibilities including receiving merchandise, merchandising, cleaning, maintaining a safe environment, processing payments, and safeguarding cash and store assets. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting with or without accommodations
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High level of integrity
- Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting
