Job Summary
Handle incoming customer service calls and emails; make outbound calls as needed; upsell to customers and educate them about products to increase sales. Build relationships with parishes and dioceses; collaborate with other departments and management. Enter calls, schedule follow-ups, create tasks for order changes, and open cases in Microsoft CRM. Meet defined customer-service metrics; resolve problems promptly and follow up. Process and research order requests; maintain confidentiality to pricing information. Provide retention-focused care, follow up on leads for current customers, and refer opportunities to Sales. Office-based role with standard weekday hours; strong verbal/written communication, organization, attention to detail, and self-starting attitude required. 2+ years of customer service experience preferred; CRM experience and call-center background beneficial.
Required Qualifications
