Job Summary
Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone, process product and sample orders, and communicate order status using open order reports. Solicit orders from existing customers through outbound calls and sales interactions, while monitoring truck fill rates and notifying clients when orders do not meet terms and conditions. Resolve customer complaints and claims by coordinating with operations and sales, ensuring accurate pricing information and timely delivery updates. Maintain the customer master database, analyze sales trends with WebFocus reporting, and follow all company policies and procedures to meet pre-agreed KPIs and quality scores.
