Job Summary
Join Diageo’s Business Effectiveness team in Iberia (Spain & Portugal) to ensure consistency of commercial data across systems and support the sales organization. You’ll consolidate information from multiple sources for tracking and analysis of commercial investments and results, ensure smooth functioning of sales processes and alignment with tools like EDGE, CPD, Trax, UVE, and Anaplan, and help drive continuous improvements. You’ll guide commercial processes for new projects, support day-to-day commercial operations (POS Stock, VAPs management, merchandising payments), and consolidate system/process issues into action plans. The role requires a university degree or equivalent experience, strong analytical skills, detail orientation, excellent Portuguese and English, and the ability to manage a high workload with cross-functional partners.
Required Qualifications
- University graduate or equivalent experience
- Must speak Portuguese and English
- Commercial experience in Merchandising, Field Sales, Distribution management, or support positions to the commercial organization
- Some experience with performance tracking and managing large sets of data
- Sophisticated Excel knowledge
