Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of 180 existing customers in the construction and transport sectors by proactively identifying commercial opportunities and advising on digital transformation. Analyze client processes regarding procurement, planning, finance, and maintenance to create upgrade transition plans for the Alert ERP system. Act as a sparring partner on digitalization projects, coordinate implementation activities with internal teams, and organize workshops and account reviews. Signal and execute cross-sell and up-sell opportunities while converting commercial prospects into lasting relationships.

- Experience coordinating implementation activities with Centric and internal development and consultancy teams
- Experience organizing workshops, training, and periodic account reviews
- Ability to identify and address cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Experience in acquiring new customers within the construction and property maintenance sector
- Experience visiting customers and prospects to build long-term relationships
- Experience guiding complex sales journeys from first contact to successful implementation
