Job Summary
Customer and Stakeholder Services-focused role within NAV CANADA handling 1-800 inquiries, licensing negotiations, sales of aeronautical publications, and coordination of customer orders while adhering to production schedules. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries from domestic and international air carriers, pilots, and other stakeholders; resolving issues; creating accounts and assisting with access to NAV CANADA platforms; maintaining knowledge of NAV CANADA initiatives; preparing license agreements; processing sales orders and related credit notes; updating forms and information on the website; and contributing to continuous improvement of customer service procedures. Requires strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, and communication skills, with a hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Completion of a post-secondary education and experience relevant to the duties of the position, or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.
