Customer Sales, Service, and Warehouse Support (Building Supplies)

Customer Service and Sales Representative role supporting customers in building supplies through inquiries, project planning, and purchases, with warehouse tasks including inventory and shipping. Responsibilities include answering product questions, suggesting additional products/services, managing inbound/outbound calls, following up with customers for reorders, maintaining product knowledge, assessing competitors, developing leads and accounts, closing sales, maintaining customer databases, and assisting with administrative and warehouse duties such as maintenance, scheduling, inventories, stock organization, and showroom upkeep to maximize sales and inventory accuracy. Qualifications include high school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience, strong telephone/computer/multi-tasking skills, warehouse knowledge, ability to operate a forklift/pallet jack, basic math and computer skills, legible writing, professional communication, and experience with inventory/inside sales or success with customer interactions.
