Job Summary
Hybrid Customer Sales Representative role focused on supporting the Sales team by managing the entire order lifecycle (order entry to invoicing and delivery), customer communications, and inventory coordination. Key duties include Order-to-Invoice processing, communicating with customers and suppliers, after-sales support (primarily email, with some phone/chat), backlog monitoring, handling customer requests and backlog changes, coordinating with Sales and Logistics, and ensuring on-time delivery to meet targets. Strong emphasis on Italian language proficiency (C1-C2) and English (B2), proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and a customer-focused mindset with solid teamwork. The position is based in Casablanca, Morocco, with a hybrid work model.
