Job Summary
Customer Sales Representative with Italian or German language proficiency, supporting the Sales team through the full Order-to-Invoice lifecycle and proactive customer relationship management. Responsibilities include communicating with customers and suppliers, after-sales support via email/phone/chat, order management and backlog monitoring, handling customer requests and backlog changes, coordinating with Sales and Logistics, ensuring on-time delivery aligned with targets, and driving customer satisfaction and process efficiency. Requires proficiency in Italian or German (C1-C2) and English (B2), strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, prior Customer Service experience, and excellent communication and teamwork in an international environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Italian or German (C1-C2) and English (B2 minimum)
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Previous experience in Customer Service
- Strong communication and coordination skills
