Job Summary
You turn inbound calls into revenue by converting inquiries into booked plumbing jobs and memberships. This is a sales-first customer service role focused on guidance, problem-solving, and driving customers toward the right solutions while maintaining a professional, customer-first experience. You’ll handle high-volume inbound calls, meet aggressive conversion targets, upsell memberships, log interactions in CRM, support offshore teammates, and continuously improve scripts and processes. The role requires evenings and weekends, involves remote work from multiple Latin American and US-adjacent markets, and offers a clear path to growth in sales leadership and operations while emphasizing measurable KPIs (85% call-to-booking, 10%+ membership close, 35 memberships in 90 days).
Required Qualifications
- Proven inbound sales experience
- Call center sales
- Customer service with conversion targets
- Clear, professional English communication
- CRM and call system experience
- Experience with ServiceTitan (nice to have)
- Membership or subscription sales experience (nice to have)
