Job Summary
Drive growth of company-owned NAPA Auto Parts stores by promoting the entire product line to wholesale customers and developing local sales plans. Identify specific customer needs, align solutions with offerings, and manage leads proactively while engaging clients through eSales programs. Perform educational seminars and presentations to grow customer knowledge, maintain satisfaction by solving problems via phone or in person, and track results to meet commitments. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 60 lbs, and experience in a quota-driven environment. Starting salary is $59,500 with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a Retail store or outside sales
- 2+ years of experience in a customer focused role
- Ability to perform in a quota driven environment
- Capability to present information in group meetings
- Valid driver license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 4 years
- Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach to upper shelves (eight feet) with use of stool or ladder when necessary
- Stamina to stand and walk for entire work shift
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Ability to set expectations, meet commitments, track results, and manage accountability
- Ability to inspect, protect and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building and people
