Customer Sales Representative

Review daily incoming sample requests and enter them into the system. Follow up with customers regarding tasks, issues tracking numbers for shipped orders, and shipping status. Clarify details with the team and factory while communicating with local distributors and reps. Process orders, shipments, and inventory for the e-commerce business. Create reports tracking sample transactions and distribution trends, and provide data to management on activity by customer and region. Assist the customer service department with stock checks, expedites, and miscellaneous daily tasks as needed.
