Job Summary
Responsible for building relationships with customers, recommending products or services that best fit their needs, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. Manage the relational experience with the customer from initial contact to final delivery, reach out to promote products or services, answer questions, and address concerns. Provide solutions based on customer needs, maintain accurate records of interactions, collaborate with team members to achieve goals, stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends, and ensure an amazing customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
