Customer Sales Rep - Part Time

Greet customers in a timely manner as they approach the work area and assist with purchasing selections including firearms, ammunition, tactical gear, and apparel. Resolve customer issues to the best of your ability while maintaining a high working knowledge of product offerings to advise on buying decisions. Complete Federal Firearms Transfer Records (4473) and other related documents with 100% accuracy, ensuring impartiality during transactions. Efficiently close sales to meet overall store goals while maintaining the store through sweeping, dusting, and restocking. This part-time role requires regular evening, weekend, and holiday shifts with a commitment to following daily instructions from the Department Lead.
