Job Summary
Guide customers through the entire sales process in-store and virtually, from lead follow-up to purchase completion, while prospecting daily to build a strong pipeline. Present vehicles, match customers with the right solution, and close deals by executing administrative tasks including deal documentation, underwriting, and cash handling. Collaborate with managers to uphold standards, manage opening and closing responsibilities, and support dealership operations. Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma or GED, and 3+ years of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of related work experience such as customer service, sales, or retail industry
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a drug test and a background check
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time
- Requires visual acuity and manual dexterity to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery
- Requires visual acuity to operate motor vehicles
- Must be able to exchange accurate information
- Must be able to move objects up to 20 pounds
