Job Summary
Global Touring Customer Sales Consultant responsible for actively selling Topdeck, Back-Roads & Grasshopper products, owning the complete booking process from enquiry to trip departure, achieving individual and team sales KPIs, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role requires a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs, overcome objections, upsell (flights, insurance, and additional services), manage multiple communication channels, ensure compliance with processes, build rapport with travel agents to secure repeat bookings, and may involve attendance at travel and trade shows. Travel is required domestically with some international travel; the role emphasizes travel knowledge across Topdeck, Back-Roads & Grasshopper products, strong customer service, relationship management, proactive problem-solving, and autonomous work capability.
