Job Summary
Build relationships with customers to create long-term loyalty and qualify buyers by matching their requirements to the right vehicles. Demonstrate products through test drives, explain features and warranties, and develop rapport with prospects by greeting walk-ins, suggesting trade-ins, and responding to inquiries. Close sales by overcoming objections, negotiating price, completing contracts, and offering financing options while leveraging advanced sales technologies. After training, report directly to the Sales Manager on objectives and activities. No work Sundays.

- Sales experience of some sort with a 'hunter mentality' and a strong desire to win
- Proven success and ability to follow a system or discipline for success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
