Job Summary
Attract and manage enquiries via digital marketing, social media, and events while monitoring and reporting on marketing performance. Support patients through their treatment journey by promoting private dental options and converting enquiries into sales. Work closely with dentists to grow private patient numbers and ensure targets and KPIs are met to achieve commercial results. Initiate conversations with prospective customers and build relationships using social platforms, prioritizing your workload with initiative. This practice-based role requires 4 days a week (9am to 3:30pm) with a chance to go permanent after a maternity cover period.
Required Qualifications
- Able to initiate conversations with prospective customers
- Ability to generate and convert sales opportunities
- Confidence using all social platforms
- Great at building relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using computer systems
- Possesses initiative and can prioritise own workload
- Demonstrates a passion for delivering excellent commercial results
