Job Summary
Customer Sales Associate at Trane Technologies (on-site, Calgary). Responsibilities include providing customer support, identifying related products or add-ons to grow sales, processing quotes and orders (quotes and invoices), maintaining knowledge of Trane products and promotions to deliver a premier customer experience, interacting with customers by phone and in person, and assisting with warehouse/inventory tasks as needed. Flexibility to work overtime/weekends. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, experience in inside sales or retail, strong customer service skills, and demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and resolve inquiries.
