Job Summary
Assist customers by phone and in person at the facility, clarifying needs, researching parts, and recommending solutions to resolve equipment breakdowns. Process quotes, take orders, and provide post-order service while building ongoing business relationships through repeated consultation. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals to increase customer satisfaction, utilizing mechanical aptitude to help solve troublesome processes when needed. This role offers a competitive base salary plus incentives, with benefits including health, dental, 401(k) match, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred
- SAP / ERP experience, preferred but not required
- Some knowledge of industrial distribution products and hydraulics, preferred but not required
