Job Summary
Retentions-focused Customer Sales Advisor responsible for engaging high-volume customer conversations to reinforce value, meet retention targets, and ensure FCA-compliant, transparent communication. Responsibilities include initiating calls from a telephony system, building rapport, identifying customer needs, offering personalised solutions, and guiding conversations to retain customers in a fast-paced environment. Key skills include active listening, empathy, resilience, adaptability, clear communication, product knowledge, regulatory awareness, and the ability to work autonomously within a hybrid remote/Nottingham-based setup. Shift pattern rotates across core hours (8am–8pm) with 37.5 hours per week; role includes performance targets and annual compensation components (base salary plus OTE).
