Job Summary
Welcome customers upon arrival, inspect rental vehicles for damage, fuel levels, and mileage, and complete return transactions accurately while advising clients on final charges. Tag vehicles for maintenance, direct issues to appropriate channels, and promote additional SIXT products and services. Work in various weather conditions, wear a company uniform, and handle 40 hours per week including day or evening shifts with up to 10% travel by airplane. This role supports SIXT's global mobility platform, which manages a fleet of 350,000 vehicles across 110 countries with a focus on top-tier customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Ideally a background in sales, service, or hospitality
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Willingness to work day or evening shifts
- Open to travel (5–10%)
- Willingness to wear a company uniform
