Job Summary
Proactively contact partners who have ended or intend to end their collaboration with Treatwell to present new perspectives and prevent existing terminations. Present the platform's offerings through clear explanations and leverage digital meetings to close deals while meeting monthly targets. Develop innovative retention strategies to optimize processes and enhance productivity for all parties involved. Support the After-Sales team and act as the first point of contact for partners to help them maximize their profile potential.
Required Qualifications
- mindestens 2-jährige Erfahrung im vertriebs- und zielorientierten Umfeld sowie im Account Management (AM) und/oder Retention
- fundierte Telefonerfahrung
- empathische und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation
- Kundenorientierung
- Umgang mit CRM-Systemen
- fließende Deutschkenntnisse (min. C1)
