Job Summary
Customer Retention and Renewals Manager responsible for managing existing customers at the end of their lease by contacting private individuals and business customers to identify requirements for their next vehicle, providing quotes, checking vehicle availability, and securing orders compliant with financial regulatory standards and consumer duty. Role includes maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating with Client Services and marketing/pricing teams, generating monthly reports, and achieving volume, profit, customer service, and compliance targets. Requires proactive relationship management, strong quoting-system skills, and the ability to follow established policies and procedures to deliver high customer experience levels.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years in a similar sales, telesales, customer service or retention role
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple online quoting systems
- Excellent communication and articulation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong resilience and able to work effectively through set procedures and processes
- Team player, working with sales team colleagues and other departments
- Ability to work towards targets and performance KPIs
