Job Summary
The Customer Resolution Specialist provides exceptional customer service in the Bank’s Contact Center by interacting with clients over the phone and through online chat. Responsibilities include managing client inquiries, resolving issues, providing technical support for online banking, and assisting with loan applications. Candidates must possess strong listening and communication skills, the ability to handle a high volume of contacts, and demonstrate empathy and conflict resolution skills. The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year previous banking and/or contact center experience required
- Previous experience with live chat communication is a plus
- Exceptional listening skills and attention to detail
- Able to think, reason and react quickly
- Demonstrated empathy with client concerns
- Superior verbal communication skills
- Strong written communication and keyboarding skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Independent decision-making ability
