Job Summary
Promote bank products and services to customers and prospects to support business growth and referrals. Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services based on customer needs. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through in-person, phone, and other interactions. Provide consistent, high-quality customer service in all interactions, both in person and over the phone. Process deposit and loan transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures. Accurately handle cash and balance the drawer within established limits. This role supports First National Bank's expansion into Custer County, requiring a commitment to FNB Core Values and continuous development.
