Customer Representative-Retail Banking Westcliffe CO (FULL-TIME)

Promote bank products and services to customers and prospects while identifying opportunities to cross-sell based on customer needs. Build and maintain positive relationships through in-person, phone, and other interactions, ensuring consistent, high-quality customer service in all engagements. Process deposit and loan transactions in accordance with policies, accurately handle cash and balance drawers, and follow all security procedures and operational guidelines. Meet or exceed established referral goals and actively participate in sales initiatives and team meetings. Requires high school diploma or GED, with preferred experience in customer service and cash handling. Occasional extended hours may be required to support business needs.
