Job Summary
Lead customer replenishment planning across base business, promotions, seasonal events, and innovation launches to improve product availability and inventory flow. Partner with external retail teams and internal Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, and Finance to align forecasts, manage risks, and reduce deductions. Monitor KPIs including fill rate, on-time delivery, and forecast accuracy while analyzing POS trends and shipment history to identify root causes. Conduct business reviews with concise insights, action plans, and expected business impact using ERP systems, Power BI, and customer portals. Support continuous improvement initiatives that optimize inventory productivity and strengthen planning discipline.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in CPG, retail supply chain, replenishment, demand planning, customer supply chain, inventory management, or a related field
- Experience supporting major retail
- Strong understanding of retail replenishment
- Strong understanding of forecast alignment
- Strong understanding of order management
- Strong understanding of customer compliance
- Strong understanding of supplier scorecards
- Strong understanding of inventory optimization
- Strong understanding of cost-to-serve
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret POS data
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret forecasts
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret shipment trends
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory positions
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret service gaps
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial impacts
- Advanced Excel skills
- Working knowledge of Power BI
