Job Summary

Preferred qualifications include experience providing information and guidance in customer service settings, strong communication skills, and experience with MS Teams and Zoom.
Required Qualifications
- Training, education, or experience in office and administrative support that demonstrates competency in applying solid knowledge of quality customer service to perform complex work assisting the public on matters such as communication transmissions, employment, ferry, social, or public services; and ability to use independent judgment in handling exceptions to established work assignments, priorities, and schedules.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience providing information and guidance in customer service settings.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience using virtual communications platforms such as MS Teams and Zoom.
