Job Summary
Customer Renewal Specialist, Nordics manages renewals and retention for TeamViewer’s Nordic customers, driving ARR retention/expansion, identifying risks, coordinating cross-functional mitigation, and pursuing cross- and upsell opportunities. The role requires building trusted relationships with customers via telephone and email, collaborating across teams, staying informed on market trends, and leveraging IT/SaaS knowledge. The position supports hybrid/flexible work with onboarding at HQ and opportunities for home-office arrangements, and it emphasizes strong communication, customer-centricity, and the ability to operate in an international team.
Required Qualifications
- University or college degree in Business/Marketing or similar is a plus but not required, 1-2 years in sales/retention/customer service, SaaS knowledge preferred, English plus Nordic language proficiency mandatory
