Job Summary

Highly organized Customer Renewal Manager responsible for managing the renewal process from a systems, process, and documentation perspective to ensure renewal opportunities are accurate, timely, and positioned for successful outcomes. Partners with Account Managers to drive renewal efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and customer retention. Responsibilities include renewal readiness and opportunity validation, CRM and contract record accuracy, data discrepancy resolution, renewal administration and outreach, renewal quotes and amendments, pricing-exception approvals, documentation accuracy and timeliness, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to optimize renewal workflows and reduce administrative burden. Success is defined by renewal opportunities being validated 90+ days before expiration, timely renewal notifications, error-free amendments and documents generated within SLA, and current, forecast-ready renewal-pipeline data.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Renewals, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, Contract Administration, or related fields
  • Experience supporting SaaS, subscription-based, or recurring revenue business models preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and document management tools
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-volume environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
