Job Summary
Customer Relationship Specialist responsibilities include assisting customers with regular financial transactions, building strong relationships, understanding customers’ financial needs, and guiding them to appropriate products. The role covers deposit account opening, servicing and maintenance, account closings, and daily transactions while ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. The CRS also performs business development to originate new business, fosters teamwork across departments, remains proactive and professional in interactions, and completes required training for professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; two to three years bank-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Customer service and cash handling skills are preferred.
