Customer Relationship Officer - Buffer

Manage deposit and finance account documentation, handling inquiries for opening and closing accounts, maintaining customer files, and preparing finance applications with necessary approvals. Sell and cross-sell ADIB's products while overseeing subordinate staff, planning their training, and conducting appraisals. Support the CRM by preparing budget variance comments, recommending workflow changes for process improvements, and responding to internal audit and ICD comments. Comply with ADIB policies, UAE banking regulations, and Central Bank of UAE requirements in daily operations. Assist in achieving monthly budget targets for branch sales of financial product targets.
