Job Summary
Interim Customer Relationship Manager for Zurich Life’s Corporate Life and Pensions (CLP) business on a twelve-month maternity-cover basis. The role reports to the Corporate Market Lead and supports HR and employee benefits management for hundreds of medium to large employers, including Irish and international clients. The role is hybrid (part in-office in Dublin, with remote work flexibility) and may be full-time or part-time. Key responsibilities include managing, retaining and growing a portfolio of existing customers through investment reviews, engaging with employers and employees, increasing member take-up, and coordinating multiple projects to support acquisition, implementation and transition of new employer pension plans; delivering high-quality relationship management, networking at business events, and participating in new business pitches. Required qualifications include at least six years of experience in HR or employee benefits management, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, experience influencing industry bodies, a third-level qualification with the QFA, and strong sales acumen.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of six years business experience specialising in HR or employee benefits management
- A third level qualification in HR, Business, Investments and/or Pensions with the QFA
- A strong sales acumen.
