Job Summary
Customer Relationship Manager responsible for end-to-end customer solution design and successful delivery of the first invoice, monitoring customer metrics, and driving improvements. You will manage escalations with quick turnaround, seek growth opportunities, ensure forecasting is reconciled with Sales Leaders, and deliver quarterly operational performance reviews with internal partners. Maintain up-to-date contacts in internal systems, ensure process compliance, provide solutions to complex customer operational issues, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Key competencies include excellent communication, relationship management, leadership in customer service, consulting/negotiation, and solid project management with proficiency in MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent experience
