Job Summary

Primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers post-sale, ensuring a smooth onboarding and ongoing service experience. Partner with Sales to support revenue-generating activities including renewals and account projects. Build strong customer relationships, understand customer needs, and act as the liaison between customers, Sales, and internal teams. Coordinate pricing, quoting, ordering, and contract activities to ensure speed and accuracy, and lead customer meetings focused on service management and continuous improvement. Educate customers on Colt’s tools and processes to promote digital engagement and self-service. Manage inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to customer satisfaction metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing and/or sales-support role
  • Solid understanding of networking technologies and products or ability to quickly learn technical concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, coordination and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels to deliver positive outcomes for customers
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and continuous improvement
  • Comfortable adapting to changing customer needs and evolving business priorities
