Job Summary
Customer relationship role at Kyndryl involving project-based analysis, documenting and diagramming work for hand-off, offering timely solutions, and coordinating solutions across systems. Responsibilities include analyzing problems and technical issues, testing, modifying, automating, and integrating systems, and long-range strategic IT infrastructure planning. Role involves collaboration with Architects, Technicians, and PMs, growth toward Architect or Distinguished Engineer, and a dynamic, hybrid-friendly culture that supports continuous learning and cross-cultural communication.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in IT or a technical setting
- Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) and English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in IT systems, including networks, hardware, software, and troubleshooting
- Experience in handling client communication and negotiations
- Proven hands-on experience in SCRUM or Project Management
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, databases, or programming languages
- Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Knowledge of Mainframe domain is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical individuals
- Experience working with Japanese clients or in multicultural teams is preferred
