Job Summary
Customer Relationship Coordinator role in Cardiff (hybrid: in-office and remote) focusing on structured customer engagement. You’ll manage CRM data, coordinate customer meetings and engagement activities, support feedback processes, track sentiment and trends, and act as a central liaison between customers, sales, and delivery teams. You’ll also support sales pipeline activities, help with pipeline reviews and reporting, monitor portals for insights, assist with stakeholder engagement, and help plan events and forums to deepen customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer relationship, coordination, or engagement support role
- Experience using CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong organisational and planning skills with great attention to detail
- Confident communicator, able to build relationships at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive approach with strong follow-through
