Job Summary
Customer Relationship Assistant at The Bank of Missouri serves as the first point of contact for customers, processes a variety of monetary transactions, explains bank products and benefits, builds and maintains relationships with customers and team members, balances cash drawers, and participates in training and development opportunities. The role requires understanding and protecting customer information, proactively engaging customers, and delivering high-quality service to support community banking needs. Education: a high school diploma or GED; experience in banking or related training is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; two to three years bank related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Customer service and cash handling skills are preferred.
