Job Summary
Customer Relations Specialist to support our sales force and management; responsibilities include driving repeat business through exceptional service, responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, processing orders, coordinating with logistics to track order status and delivery timelines, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, collaborating cross-functionally with sales and warehouse teams, resolving complaints diplomatically, maintaining organized CRM records, and identifying opportunities to recommend new products or services. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, knowledge of packaging materials/products a plus, and Spanish/English bilingual abilities are a plus.
Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in a customer service role a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in order processing
